We partner with select Ontario-based businesses to offer shelf-ready, high-performing products that attract attention and keep customers coming back. Whether you’re just starting out or curating a seasonal setup, we’d love to explore a partnership with you.

 

What is Consignment?

Consignment allows you to carry Kiss & Tell products in your shop at no upfront cost. You display and sell the items, keep a percentage of each sale, and return the rest to us based on your sales.

This flexible, risk-free model is perfect for:

  • Testing new products
  • Short-term or pop-up placements
  • Seasonal displays or special launches
  • Building a retail relationship with our brand

 

What’s Available for Consignment:

All products offered on consignment are pulled from our current inventory. We do not offer custom glosses or made-to-order items through this program. Products may include:

  • Core Kiss & Tell lip glosses
  • Lip Plumpers (regular and MAXX formulas)
  • RepairMint healing gloss
  • Sol Drip Kiss shimmer body oil (when available)
  • Select seasonal or limited-edition glosses
  • Branded signage and display pieces (if available)

Everything comes pre-labeled and retail-ready, with full ingredients, names, and clean packaging.

 

Revenue Split & Payment Terms:

Kiss & Tell retains the majority share of each sale, while your business keeps up to 20% of the retail price.

For Example: If a gloss sells for $12.00 — you keep $2.40 (20%) and you send us $9.60 (80%).

Payments must be sent on an agreed biweekly or monthly basis, along with an updated inventory and sales tracker. No hidden fees, and no surprises — just straight forward terms.

 

Inventory Care & Tracking:

  • You’ll receive a Consignment Inventory Sheet with each order
  • You’re responsible for tracking sales and updating stock as it moves
  • Products can be rotated or swapped after 30 - 60 days if needed
  • Any damage, loss, or theft must be reported and will result in a restocking charge at wholesale value

Retailers are expected to display the products in a clean, secure setup.

Please be as detailed as possible — applications are reviewed within 2-3 business days, and approved partners will receive a full agreement and product list to begin.
