All custom orders include:
- 10 full size custom glosses (minimum)
- 10 matching mini glosses (gifted as favours or add ons)
- A unique scent, shimmer, and formula tailored to your vision
- Custom name & label design for your gloss
- Theme-matching gloss info cards to accompany each gloss — beautifully designed to match the event aesthetic

- Starting at $17 CAD per full size gloss

Turnaround Time
- Standard turnaround is 7 - 14 business days after all details are finalized
- Rush orders may be available (inquire for fees and availability)
Shipping & Delivery
- We offer Canada-wide and U.S. shipping
- Local pickup available in Carrying Place by request
- Orders are carefully packaged to arrive safely and beautifully
How to Place a Custom Order
- Complete the Custom Gloss Order Request Form
- We’ll respond within 2 - 3 business days to confirm your design details
- A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due before shipping or pickup

- Free mini glosses are included — they cannot be purchased alone
- Custom orders are final sale — as each product is made-to-order
- Changes after production begins may result in extra fees
