  • Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2-4 business days
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email
  • Kiss & Tell is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages — please contact the carrier directly if an issue arises

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes (we are not responsible for those)
  • Shipping times vary based on destination and customs processing

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. Each order is handmade with care, and we thank you for understanding our commitment to product safety and quality. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something’s not quite right with your order, we’ll fix it! Please email us at info@officialkissandtell.com within 3 days of delivery with: 

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the issue

We’ll work with you to offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

 

Cancellations

Need to cancel? No problem — if we haven’t processed it yet.

  • Email info@officialkissandtell.com ASAP with your order number
  • Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
