With your kit, you’ll create your own fully customized lip gloss by:

• Mixing a professional gloss base
• Adding colour and shimmer
• Choosing scent/flavour
• Mixing to your desired finish
• Filling your own lip gloss tube
• Naming and labelling your creation

No two glosses will ever be the same… and that’s the whole point.

Every Kiss & Tell DIY Lip Gloss Kit is assembled specifically for the person who ordered it.

We do not mass produce or warehouse large quantities.

Your kit is freshly prepared, carefully packed, and quality checked before shipping.

Because of this, production begins only after all required documentation is completed.

 

REQUIRED WAIVER — MUST BE COMPLETED AFTER PURCHASE

For safety, liability, and product handling reasons, a completed waiver is required for every participant before production begins.

This applies to:

• Adults using the kit
• Children using the kit
• Gift recipients
• Anyone participating in gloss making

After purchase you will receive an email directly from us containing:

• Waiver instructions 
• Secure form link

Production WILL NOT begin until all required waivers are submitted.

Orders with missing waivers remain on hold.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Parents or legal guardians must complete waiver documentation for minors.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a preorder or ready to ship item? — This is a made to order product. Your kit is prepared specifically for you after purchase and after all required waivers are completed. We do not mass produce or hold large quantities in stock.

Why do I need to complete a waiver? — Because this is a hands on cosmetic DIY activity, a completed waiver is required for safety and liability purposes. Production cannot begin until a waiver is submitted for each participant using a kit. You’ll receive the waiver by email directly from us after purchase.

What if I purchased multiple kits? — Each participant must have their own completed waiver. If you ordered 3 kits for 3 people, we must receive 3 waivers before production begins.

What if I’m buying this as a gift? — That’s totally fine, but the person using the kit (or their parent/guardian if under 18) must complete the waiver before production. We cannot ship kits without completed documentation.

Can I customize my gloss? — Yes. That’s the whole point! You can mix colours, adjust shimmer, blend scents, and create a gloss that is completely unique to you. All ingredient amounts are prepared so they can be safely used all together if desired.

Are the ingredients safe? — All ingredients are cosmetic grade and intended for external lip use only. A patch test is recommended prior to use. Full ingredient information is included in your kit.

Can I return or exchange my kit? — Because kits are made to order and contain hygienic cosmetic materials, all sales are final once production begins. Orders may be cancelled prior to production if required waivers are not submitted.

Will these always be available? — No. Kits are released in limited windows. They may appear seasonally, for special events, or during surprise drops. Availability may change at any time.

Can I share my gloss online? — Yes please! We LOVE seeing your creations. Tag us if you’d like! Media reposting depends on your consent selection in the waiver.
